Nose: Spiced and oaky, with notes of fresh flowers, Serrano ham, almond oil and peach nectar. Toasted brioche with butter and hazelnut spread.
Palate: Fruity and rich with notes of tinned peaches, plums, a hint of soft wood smoke, black forest honey and rye bread.
Finish: Malty and fruity. A tinge of peppermint oil on the tail.
