Clynelish #12795 Bottling Note

This was distilled at the Clynelish distillery on the 21st December 1995. It was then aged for 16 years in a single cask (refill sherry butt 12795) before bottling for Signatory's Cask Strength Collection in December 2012. A release of 602 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Seville orange marmalade and beeswax. Hints of lemon peel, allspice and butterscotch.

Palate: Buttery toffee and malt. Hints of soft smoke, citrus, a little peat. Very fruity.

Finish: Herbal, spiced finish. Gingerbread.
