Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Coastal on the nose, with driftwood, malt and oil. Some sweetness too, and a herbal quality.
Palate
Apples, toffee apples in fact! Malty sweetness, brine, pepper and oily woodsmoke.
Finish
Long spicy, oaked and oily with tar and more of those glorious toffee apples.
