Clynelish 20 Bottling Note

A single cask Clynelish, aged in refill butt number 3951, this was distilled on the 11th May 1990 before bottling by Signatory on the 25th September 2010. A release of 891 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Coastal on the nose, with driftwood, malt and oil. Some sweetness too, and a herbal quality.

Palate: Apples, toffee apples in fact! Malty sweetness, brine, pepper and oily woodsmoke.

Finish: Long spicy, oaked and oily with tar and more of those glorious toffee apples.
