Carsebridge 30YO 1981 Bottling Note

A 30 year old single cask grain whisky from Carsebridge. This was distilled in 1981 and aged in refill hogshead 7780 before bottling at natural cask strength for the Clan Denny range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet and grainy, notes of vanilla and chocolate, almond oil, caramel and porridge.

Palate: Butterscotch and foam bananas, hints of dark cocoa and aniseed, a touch of oak.

Finish: Almond and pastis.
