Nose: There is a wealth of salted caramel and vanilla pods with a hint of charcoal and dried stone fruits.
Palate: Charred oak and dried red berries form a dry and spicily complex flavour profile.
Finish: The is long with vanilla and menthol notes, just before the end a hint of green boiled sweets emerges.
Overall: Caperdonichs are always a fantastic experience to taste and this one demonstrates why.
