This Caol Ila was distilled on the 18th November 1999, and was aged in hogsheads before bottling on the 2nd June 2011. A release of 936 bottles from Signatory.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Coastal and creamy, notes of oak, paraffin, rubber and black pepper. Malty too.

Palate: Aniseed curiously, with plenty of oily smoke, toasty oak, malt and brine. Great balance.

Finish: Good length with peat smoke and salted caramels.
