Bourbon
A 12 year old from the Benrinnes distillery. This was distilled on the 18th January 1999 and aged in a pair of bourbon barrels before bottling on the 2nd March 2012. A release of 693 bottles from Signatory.
Aromatic nose with sweet spices, buttery toffee, foam banana sweets and rum and raisin ice-cream.
Rich and oily - notes of digestive biscuit and Black Forest honey, seedcake, winter spices and grist.
Long and sweet, butterscotch and oak on the tail.
