Nose: Fresh, spicy nose with a touch of cranberry, sticking plasters, boiled sweets and barley sugar.

Palate: Thick, rich palate with dried herbs and cracked black pepper. Hints of sage, cocoa and cherry.

Finish: Medium-long finish with notes of pepper, apple peels and spice.
