This whisky is from the Speyside distillery of Balmenach and was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2011 by Gordon & Macphail of Elgin.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Toasted malt and sweet anise aromas with a little vanilla lingering.

Palate: Tropical fruits, spice and a marshmallow sweetness form an easy going flavour.

Finish: The finish is long with rich notes of chocolate.

Overall: Light and fruity with a chocolatey finish, great stuff!
