Bottled from a mix of two hogsheads (casks 4704 and 4716), this is a 15 year old Aberfeldy from Signatory, distilled on the 17th July 1996 and bottled on the 2nd March 2012. A release of 847 individually numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Soft and creamy. Notes of buttery toffee, hints of grist, marzipan and pain au lait.

Palate: Apple peels, light spices, hints of soft wood smoke and gingerbread. Malt and gentle on the palate.

Finish: A medium-length, creamy finish with hints of cinnamon on the tail.
