Description

Bloom is a London dry gin that boasts a distinctly floral profile, with delicate citrus lift. Master distiller Joanne Moore looked to English walled gardens and her love of tea when selecting botanicals, including honeysuckle and chamomile stems, alongside a zesty helping of pomelo. The makers of Bloom recommend pairing it with natural, seasonal flavours – something to keep in mind when garnishing your G&T, think berries in the summer, and herbs in the autumn.
