Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Toasty, oaky nose. Hints of pear drop, dried apricot and fig. Spicy.

Palate: Almost perfume-like palate with pear, marzipan and mixed peels. Ginger comes late palate, as does just a hint of rancio.

Finish: Long, spicy finish. Sublime.
