Bottled un-chill filtered, and with no caramel colouring, this is pure, unadulterated whisky. Distilled at Caperdonich on the 9th July 1994, it was aged in two hogsheads, and was bottled by Signatory in 2011.
Nose: Dark rum, tropical fruit, malt and menthol and cherries. Very interesting!
Palate: Fruity and creamy. Lots of malt, spices, some black pepper, a hint of cold espresso and vanilla.
Finish: Sweet, notes of coffee and caramel.
