Paulaner Salvator

Paulaner Salvator Bottling Note

The strongest beer from Paulaner Brauerei - Salvator! A big-bodied, bottom-fermented German doppelbock, brewed by Paulaner for over 350 years. They use Herkules, Taurus and Hallertauer Tradition hops for this one. You'll often see this served in ceramic steins - if you've got one of those in your cupboard, crack it out and pour yourself a stein of Salvator!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Generous bread notes, with a little honey on the side. Rich toffee, candied peels and a good whack of chocolate too.
