Interesting fact… Tullibardine Aged Oak Edition whisky spells its name whisky as it originates in Scotland. Had it been produced in America its name would be Tullibardine Aged Oak Edition whiskey, instead of whisky.
Tullibardine was a fantastic distillery, only overshadowed by their fantastic scotches. The Oak Aged Edition is a favorite in our household, and we can never seem to keep it in stock. Light straw color, French vanilla on the nose, and a beautiful oaky smooth flavor, I have yet to find a scotch I like more. I tend to enjoy scotches that are not aged in sherry casks, and of those I have managed to taste, this is by far the best. No wonder why Master of Malt can't keep it in stock!
