Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, sultanas, dates and digestive biscuits. A hint of linseed and honey.

Palate: Light and soft with hints of gentle spices (nutmeg, allspice), a touch of honey and creamy fruits in yoghurt.

Finish: Medium length with a little oaky/nutty bittersweetness.
