Tomintoul 1976 Bottling Note

Limited edition Tomintoul. This was distilled in 1976 and bottled in 2007. Robert Fleming, Distillery Director, describes the '76 distillation as "stunning". This was awarded a Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2008 and the 2008 International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Tomintoul 1976 Tasting Note

Nose: Fruity, molasses, spices, dried peels, rich, malty, biscuity.
Palate: Thick, voluptuous, silky delivery with rich fruit, spices, dates, figs, malt, hints of oak.
Finish: Long, supple and well balanced with tinges of oak spice.
