Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet beeswax furniture polish, fresh baked biscuits, heather honey and some fresh coriander.

Palate: Oakey yet still fresh; light sponge cake sweetness, vanilla cream and light acacia honey.

Finish: Soft and biscuity.

Overall: Very sprightly at 30, this is an outstanding Tomatin.

This is wonderful stuff.

Nose: The beeswaxy notes were the first I detected also. Sweetcake or cookies, next. Palate: The first notes were sweet, followed immediately by tannins, some mild spiciness. Finish: wonderful!! Smooth, complex, I can't identify all that's going on in my mouth right now. Yes, this is wonderful stuff.
