Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Medium-body with a good sweetness. There are notes of vanilla cream and crème de cacao. Hints of heather root and toasted oak with all the requisite pepper and winter spice. There are notes of fruitcake and toasty barley sugars and caramel.
Palate
Full-bodied and punchy. There are notes of winter spice and toasty cereals, stemmy cut hay and notes of chamomile tea. There is a touch of eucalyptus oil smoothness.
Finish
Medium-length with barley sugar sweetness and a touch of oak.
