A beautiful Irish whiskey, made by blending old pot still whisky with 70% malt whisky which was selected by Bernard Walsh. Aged in bourbon casks, this is a creamy, sweet and supple gem!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sweet and spicy, with hints of caramel, black pepper, stewed fruits, cinnamon and peaches. Loads of vanilla too, and a hint of sweet charred oak.

Palate: Malt, chocolate digestives, vanilla yoghurt, tangy oak, tropical fruits and creme caramel.

Finish: Medium length, with oak and butterscotch.

Very good

A quite unique whiskey with blend of pot still and single malt. Rich and balanced, though it would better at 46 % and no added color. Too bad it's so hard to find.

Another Interesting Irish Whisky

This one is something a little different when compared to usual Irish Whisky. Nose and palate are quite interesting, but finish passes away soon and has some quality in it, that i don't like that much. Should work well with strong black coffee.
