Whisky or Whiskey

What's in a name? The Antiquary 21 Year Old whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled The Antiquary 21 Year Old whiskey, rather than whisky.

The Antiquary 21 Bottling Note

This is a 21 year old expression from The Antiquary, described by critics as complex and elegant.

The Antiquary 21 Tasting Note

The nose is of medium-body with notes of soft peat smoke and a rooty character. There are herbal notes with a cut hay character, there are hints of winter berries. The palate is quite well-rounded and full, there are notes of cut hay and honey, caramel and a touch of dry oak, a little fruit note develops. The finish is long and smooth.
