Talisker 1981 Tasting Note

The nose is rubbery and thick with notes of smoke, peat, cured ham, dried peels, spice and a vegetal note. The palate is thick and spicy with notes of sweet smoke, rubber, bitumen and a solid peat. The finish is long and rich.
