Strathmill 21 1990 Bottling Note

A 21 year old Strathmill distilled in August 1990 and aged in a single cask (number 4248) before bottling by Duncan Taylor for their Dimensions range in June of 2012. A release of 280 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Aromatic notes of dried figs, mead, a touch of sticky toffee pudding, cantaloupe melon, fresh herbs and barley.

Palate: Medium-bodied palate with intense, buttery spices, almond oil and praline. Notes of white pepper develop.

Finish: Medium-to-long finish with pepper and vanilla.
