This Secret Stills bottling was distilled in 1986. This was matured in three first fill sherry butts. As this is part of the Secret Stills range we can't actually tell you which distillery this was distilled at. We can only give you a tiny clue: the distillery was somewhere on the Isle of Skye.

The nose is sweet and rich with notes of vanilla, caramel, there are notes of fruit and barley, a little sherry and peat, a touch of oak and smoke. The palate is thick with notes of sherry and wood smoke, a little cold fireplace character, a little winter spice and a touch of iodine with graceful sweetness. The finish is long and thick with a little smoke and sultanas with sherry.
