What's in a name? Roughstock Montana Pure Malt Whiskey is called whiskey because it's produced in America. Were it from Scotland it would be spelled Roughstock Montana Pure Malt Whisky, rather than whiskey.
Nose: Sweet barley, golden syrup and sliced green apples.
Palate: Vanilla custard, sweet caramel and creamy barley with toasty wood spices.
Finish: Spicy and warming.
Overall: Made from top quality barley, which is allowed to shine.
