Whisky or Whiskey

Interesting fact… Rosebank 1991 - Cask Strength (Gordon and MacPhail) whisky spells its name whisky as it originates in Scotland. Had it been produced in America its name would be Rosebank 1991 - Cask Strength (Gordon and MacPhail) whiskey, instead of whisky.

Rosebank 1991 G&M Bottling Note

The vatting of four bourbon barrels of Rosebank. This was distilled in 1991 and bottled at 16 years - possibly the peak age for Rosebank - by Gordon and MacPhail.

Rosebank 1991 G&M Tasting Note

Nose: Very fruity, cooked fruits, stone fruits, butterscotch. Unmistakably Rosebank on the nose. Dry floral notes, orange zest.
