This peated single malt from Bruichladdich was the last of the 2001 vintage of ‘age-numbered’ Port Charlotte expressions. Nicknamed “Ar duthcas”- Gaelic for “Land of our heritage”, peated to 40ppm, matured in American oak, and bottled at cask strength.
