Nose: It opens on hay, freshly cut grass, earthiness, toffee and manuka honey. Some spices, cinnamon, nutmeg perhaps and buttered granary toast.
Palate: Cereal sweetness, malt, butterscotch, lots of porridge, toastiness, vanilla and some aniseed.
Finish: Good length finish with vanilla, oak and toffee.
