Nose: Toffee, dried oak, hints of sherry, cedar wood and olive oil. A little fruit cake note, with hints of butter, caramel and coffee.
Palate: Good body, with even notes of prune, spice, coffee and barley, a good dollop of malt on this.
Finish: Spices draw out the finish with cartwheels of earthy, woody notes on the tail.
