Mortlach 1991 Bottling Note

A single cask from Mortlach, bottled as part of Signatory's Unchillfiltered range. This was distilled on the 5th August 1991 and matured for 18 years in sherry butt number 5883 before bottle on the 5th October 2009. A release of just 789 bottles.

Nose: Toffee, dried oak, hints of sherry, cedar wood and olive oil. A little fruit cake note, with hints of butter, caramel and coffee.
