This was distilled at the Miltonduff distillery in Autumn 2005 before a 7 year maturation in a single sherry butt. It was bottled for the Provenance range in Autumn 2012, and it offers up a wonderfully rich, sherried flavour.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Spiced, zesty aromas of orange peel and malt. A little clove oil and manuka honey.

Palate: Corinth raisin, caramel and chipotle chilli. Rich and deep with dark chocolate and cinnamon.

Finish: Long finish. Cocoa butter and malt.
