Nose: Creamy, sweet cereal notes, like cinnamon and Demerara in porridge, maybe sprinkled with a handful of soft sultanas. Very gristy.
Palate: Toffee apple and prunes, pleasing hints of sweet sherry entwined with rich malt. Notes of spices develop toward the late palate which has hints of apple strudel and orange zest.
Finish: Good length with a great rich, fruity sweetness.
