Master of Malt Tamnavulin 16 Tasting Note

Tasting notes from Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2009:

Nose: 22/25 big’n’grapey: not first class, but it’ll do;

Taste: 23/25 big fruit delivery yet the malts don’t exactly hang back, either;

Finish: 23/25 loads of chocolate on the go…and so much else, mainly of a honeyed persuasion;

Balance: 22.5/25 at first, not too sure about this one. Then just wears you down with its non-stop enormity. And bloody niceness!
