Master of Malt 30 4th Bottling Note
The 4th edition of our stunning (if we do say so ourselves) 30 year old single malt from a secret Speyside distillery. After a slightly lighter 3rd edition, this is a return to sherried form, boasting a rich, unctuous sherry flavour, and an intensely dark hue.
Nose: Malty and juicy. Hints of butterscotch, panna cotta, toffee apples and candy floss. A fabulous nose, with just a hint of apple crumble.
Palate: Syrupy, gooey toffee, apple peel, rolling tobacco, manuka honey and toffee popcorn. A handsomely sweet core of sherry and malt.
Finish: Malty and spicy. Hints of allspice, golden syrup and manuka honey on toast.
