The nose is thick with sherry and honeyed peels, dark oak with a little cut hay and sweetness. The palate is chewy and full with sublime, fresh sherry seeping though mince pies and oak, creamy honey. The finish is long with buttery sherry, nutty and oaked with a beautiful bittersweet balance.
