What's in a name? MacPhail's 21 Year Old whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled MacPhail's 21 Year Old whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Fruity, intense. Lovely sweetness, hints of smoke, sherry.
Palate: Lots of sherry, hay, spices, raisins, nutty notes, blossom.
Finish: Hints of smoke, toffee and sherry. Bittersweet.
