Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Raisins and vanilla ice cream with notes of fresh apple slices on the nose leading to a rich palate of raisins and sultanas with some ground ginger for spice. The finish is long and satisfying with notes of dried fruits and spice.
