An 18 year old Macallan, distilled in June of 1993, and aged in a bourbon barrel before bottling in November 2011. A rich, spicy whisky from the Old Malt Cask range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Caramel, rum and raisin ice cream, citrus zest and spice.

Palate: Coffee beans, cocoa, digestive biscuits and stem ginger in syrup.

Finish: Malty and apple-rich finish.
