Nose: A fruity, aromatic nose with green apples, gooseberries, tangy, zesty citrus, tannic oak, cedar and pine resin.

Palate: Big and citrusy, with soft malt, Sherbet lemons, custard, rhubarb crumble.

Finish: Long and lemon-driven.
