Insider knowledge: Locke's Blend whiskey is named whiskey by virtue of the fact it's from Ireland. If distilled in Scotland the spelling would be Locke's Blend whisky, as opposed to whiskey.
Nose: The nose is all on creamy sweet barley malt. Lots of cereals, dried fruits, a hint of oak. Classic Irish aromas. Palate: Very supple and gentle with its creamy mouth feel of cereals, vanilla and soft oak. Finish: Lots of barley now, long finish, sublimely smooth.
