A cask strength release from Gordon and MacPhail, distilled at Linkwood in 1991 and aged in refill sherry butts. This has been bottled at a slightly higher abv than the previous 1991 release.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich with notes of cocoa and chewy sultanas and sherried peels. Cut hay and grass, apple blossom and winter spice.

Palate: Medium bodied and quite spicy. There are toasted oak notes with vanilla and black pepper. Notes of cut herbs and caramelised plums.

Finish: Long and fruited with a dry oak finish.
