Nose: Grape-like on the nose, with blackcurrant jam, oak, pine resin and a little earthiness. Hints of lavender, plum wine and a little malt.
Palate: Quite herbaceous on the tongue, with notes of cut hay, forest floor, pine needles, chamomile tea and something farmyard-like. A hint of spice and bitterness develops.
Finish: Decent length with gingernuts, burnt rubber, hints of pepper and honey.
