Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vinous and sherried. Pepper, malt and a hint of oyster sauce, cedar and tobacco.

Palate: Gently smoky, and very citrusy, with a fair old amount of fresh lemon juice, sticking plasters and lapsang souchong.

Finish: Calves leather and tar. Hints of creosote and cocoa.
