A fantastic new bourbon-matured Karuizawa which was distilled in 1982. It's a single cask whisky from the distillery's Koi range and, accordingly, it features a nice drawing of a carp on the label.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Apple peels and hints of fresh flowers. Tree resin, vanilla custard and soft spices. Pine needles, toasted oak and caramel.

Palate: Medium palate entry with creamy vanilla to the fore, and a hefty dose of manuka honey and orange blossom. Shortcrust pastry, pear drops and sandalwood.

Finish: Long, spiced finish. Lovely level of sweetness.
