What's in a name? Islay Mist Deluxe whisky is called whisky because it's produced in Scotland. Were it from America it would be spelled Islay Mist Deluxe whiskey, rather than whisky.
Nose: Sweet, soft fudge, and all the inherent creaminess, slightly herbal.
Palate: Soft, creamy. Barley.
Finish: Spirity, oak.
Smooth, sweet, and smokey. Too bad it is discontinued! Shall have to try the 12 or 17 now
