Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is quite light and peppy. There are notes of wood smoke with barley sugar sweetness with cut peels and dried fruits. A very subtle peat lies in near dormancy. There is a subtle lemon marmalade note with the requisite tang. The palate is medium-bodied and quite fresh. There is a tangy citrus character with notes of lemon marmalade and pink grapefruit, zesty barley sugars with acacia honey. The finish is of good length with a well-balanced acidity.
