Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is quite light and peppy. There are notes of honeydew melon with acacia honey, cut fruits, winter berries and winter spice, a touch of pepper. The palate is of medium-body with a good balance. There are notes of rubbed petals and apple blossom with cocoa and crème de cacao. There are notes of gentle salinity and wood smoke with a gentle malty note. The finish is quite short with a beautiful clarity.
