Distilled in 1993 at Inchgower and bottled in 2008 as part of Gordon and MacPhail's Connoisseur's Choice range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is lightly smoked with a farmy character. Notes of gentle peat and apples and pears. A touch of stemmy grass and honey with plenty of malty barley. The palate is quite rich and very creamy. The barley and malt extract notes are quite something with a gristy character. Rum spice and dark sugar builds with oaked intent. The finish is long and well oaked with more dark sugar on the tail.
