Nose: notes of dark chocolate, toffee, sweet jelly and a hint of smoke. With water there is milk chocolate and honey.
Palate: is full-bodied with beeswax, toffee and a discreet spiciness With water the sweetness diminishes significantly.
Finish: is rich, long, warming, sweet, and peppery at the end of the tongue.
Overall: A great Highland Park.
