Highland Park 13 Adelphi Bottling Note

A limited release of 263 bottles from cask number 981, this is a rich, spicy Highland Park which was distilled in 1997 and was bottled in 2011 by Adelphi.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Cocoa and digestive biscuits, hessian sacks, oak, nougat, cherries, stewed fruits and a hint of smoke.

Palate: Rich and intense with notes of almond, nougat, icing sugar, chocolate (both milk and white), salty toffee and butter.

Finish: Good length with notes of salty oak, hints of cocoa and coffee. Just a hint of peat.
