Insider knowledge: Highland Malt Stag whisky is named whisky by virtue of the fact it's from Scotland. If distilled in America the spelling would be Highland Malt Stag whiskey, as opposed to whisky.
Nose: Clean, malty, spirity.
Palate: Grainy, cut hay, barley.
Finish: Short, warming.
